I just wanted to take the time to let someone know about my experience with your service department (Mike the service writer and Miles the tech). This was my second time dealing with Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet and definitely NOT the last. The first time was to repair damage to my vehicle that was backed into and the work was outstanding. When I got my car back it looked like nothing had ever happened and maybe even better than it looked before it went in to be fixed. My most recent interaction was a little different. This time it was coming out of my pocket and not handled by my insurance company. As we all know, times are tough right now for many of us. When I first called in to inquire about having my car towed and repair costs and options, I spoke with Mike. Much to my surprise, he was extremely understanding and willing to do what he could to make sure we could see this through together. I honestly was shocked. Customer service (good customer service) is not really something that I have found lately, in all aspects of my life. I also knew that with my car on a flatbed, I was really at the mercy of wherever I had my car towed. I made the decision to go ahead and give it a shot and I could not be happier. As promised, Mike and Miles worked with me in every way possible to get me gack on the road and provide me with my much needed transportation to make it to work every day. I would like to extend a very LARGE thank you to both of them. It's people like them that make it a true pleasure to do business with Lou Bachrodt. Ladies and Gentlemen..... very rarely these days do you find an employee of a large operation like yours that typifies the concern and attitude of a professional who truly treats each customer's individual needs. I purchased my CX-7 a year and a half ago from CarMax. I've been coming to Lou Bachrodt for ALL my service since the day that I purchased the auto. I've dealt with some of the best folks in the business since I started my relationship with your dealership. I've been nothing but 100% satisfied with all the work that has been done on my car. It started with David Hirsch, who at the time was the Service Manager in Mazda at Coconut Creek. David made me feel welcome and took care of all my normal maintenance needs. When he (temporarily) left the dealership, I started working with Dino who has been an absolute delight. He's never said "No" to a last minute service call and has always stayed on top of what's happening with my car. The one time I had a small issue with a battery replacement, Artie took over and went above and beyond what was required to insure that I was taken care of properly. My recent experience with Mike at the body shop in Pompano only confirmed how satisfied I was with your dealership. He got me in and out of the body shop in just a little over 24 hours, with a smile on his face, and a price that was well below my expectations for the small bumper repair that needed to be done. All in all, I think you guys have a great dealership. I plan on continuing to use Lou Bachrodt Mazda for all my service needs, both large and small, due to the great service that the outstanding folks mentioned above have provided to me.

I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience of my life, working with your Internet Sales Manager, Renee Smith. She is everything an ISM should be: courteous, competent, knowledgeable, responded to our emails and was always waiting for us with the car ready when we made our appointments - something rare. Other dealerships had us waiting up to 15 minutes and then could not find the car. From initial contact, to F&I, to putting the temp tag on the car, it was an excellent experience. Yes my experience was outstanding. I went to Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet with a problem I was having with my brakes. Jeremy mentioned that he had to order the parts. Once the parts arrived, he would call me to come in for the service. He called me immediately when the parts did arrive. Jeremy is very professional and courteous. What I found very pleasant was that he avised me every 30 minutes on the status of my vehicle. Once the service was done he made recommendations as needed and explained the work that was done. I do not know much about vehicles, but he explained it so well that I actually understood the problem. I had several questions; he replied and made suggestions. Jeremy was excellent! Very helpful and came to find me twice; once to let me know what they had found with the AC and then came back 20 min. later to tell me it would be done soon. He really took the extra few minutes of time to keep me up to date. It was really very nice, UNLIKE Sheehan which is only blocks from my house. The Sheehan service advisors send you to the waiting room and when it takes longer than they estimated (which it always does) you have to keep searching for them to find out the reason for the delay. This was definitely worth my driving all the way from Copans and Federal to Lou Bachrodt. Thank you and thank Jeremy.

Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Donates over $2,000. in Cash and Sports Equipment to North Springs Little League

Coconut Creek (9/22/09)- Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet, Coconut Creek/Pompano Beach is one of the 13 Chevrolet dealers from the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area that partnered with local youth baseball leagues and helped raise $98,930 in total donations from the dealership and private parties in the area. During the 2009 baseball season, North Springs Little League received both monetary and equipment donations as well as the opportunity to raise up to $10,000 through a unique fundraiser. Thanks to Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet youth league members also had the opportunity to attend an instructional baseball clinic with professional instructors.

Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet partnered with the North Spring Little League because of the league's proximity to the dealership. Over the course of the season, Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet donated team equipment kits, which included equipment bags, ball buckets, coach's clipboards and t-shirts and made a $500 donation to North Springs Little League. The dealership also helped donate a Chevy Malibu and Chevy Traverse, which was raffled off by participating leagues, including North Springs Little League.

"We are excited to make such a substantial donation to North Springs Little League and enjoyed partnering with them this season," said Harold Rawls, of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. "Sponsoring North Springs Little League gave us the opportunity to illustrate our commitment to the youth and families around Coconut Creek and we're glad to have achieved such positive outcomes for the community."
